Due to the high volume of out-of-state transaction — as a courtesy service — DTO Customs has the ability to process tag and title work for all states. Out of state customers are only responsible for the taxes due for the state of registration, NOT Virginia taxes and their state. We have a $989.00 processing fee for every transaction, but do not charge a fee to process tag and title work. We only collect the taxes, tags, and fees of which your state requires collection.
